Disability – Don’t Let It Disable Your Business

Let’s face it – it’s a fact of life that accidents, injuries or illness will happen to all of us at some point in our lives. Have you considered the impact it would have on your business if one of your key employees (or yourself) becomes disabled? Unfortunately, both you and your employee will quickly become all too aware of the repercussions.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, nearly one in five Americans will become disabled for a year or more before they reach the age of 65. That’s a staggering statistic. And what’s worse, is that this statistic means that there is a good chance you or one of your employees will become unable to work at some point in your career.
